With news reports about the coronavirus (COVID-19) changing daily, it is understandable to feel concerned and even a bit anxious. Everyone here at Western Pacific wants to assure you that we will continue to provide all of our regular services, without interruption.
Narcotic Treatment Program/Opioid Treatment Program services are deemed essential. As such, they are exempt from government restrictions, currently in place that limit much of the public's daily activities, because these services maintain the health and wellbeing of all California residents. It is critical that we maintain service access in emergency situations, as is the case now with COVID-19.
We want to assure you that there will be no interruption to the services that we provide to our patients, and will continue to provide admission to all of our programs to all qualified individuals, seeking our services.
Staff and patient safety is our top priority, and we will continue to follow County, State and Federal guidelines, related to COVID-19, in addition to our existing extensive policies and procedures, to ensure a safe practice environment. Western Pacific will continue to support the communities that we serve, whatever the circumstances. Should you have any questions, please contact the most convenient facility, listed here on our website.
